Why is information about wineries and wines visible only after logging in?

It's simple, because of AI. We don't want to be a source of information and data for artificial intelligence. However, event information is visible with all details even without logging in. Only when purchasing tickets do you create a user account where the ticket with QR code is stored. Then you can use DeguApp fully and for free.

Where can I find my purchased ticket?

After logging in to your profile, simply open the "My tickets" tab in the menu. You can send the ticket to your email or save it to your phone wallet. If you purchase multiple tickets, you can share them with others.

How does ticket sharing work?

After logging in to your profile, open the "My tickets" tab in the menu, click on the "Share" option, and enter the email address of the person you want to share it with. We will send them the ticket with QR code via email.

How does adding wineries work?

Wineries are added and edited either by us, or directly by the winemaker who has a profile on DeguApp, or by a distributor who has access to all winemakers and their wines that are connected to them within DeguApp.

How does adding wines work?

The public database automatically displays wines added by us, winemakers, and distributors. However, any user can create a wine for an already created winemaker within DeguApp. This wine will not be added to the public database yet and is only visible to the user who created it. After verification by us, the winemaker, or distributor, the wine will be added to the public database and visible to all users across DeguApp.

How does adding notes work?

Each user can add a note for themselves through the winemaker card or specific event. They can choose basic or extended. For basic, they only fill in three wine parameters: complexity, condition, and total score. For extended, they can choose from a pre-filled selection of various aromas, tastes, and even defects. Each note is only visible to the user who created it.

How can I delete my profile?

Your profile can be deleted at any time in the "My Account" section by clicking "Delete Account". Please note that this action is irreversible and you will lose access to your notes, tickets (if you haven't sent them to your email beforehand), and orders.

I am a distributor and want to connect a distributor profile in DeguApp to myself as a user

As a first step, please create a profile in DeguApp and select the distributor position. Then write to us through the contact form. We will gladly connect your account with the distributor profile. After that, you will be able to add and edit represented winemakers and their wines.
