1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions for registration and creation of a user profile (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the rights and obligations of Mestilus s.r.o., Company ID No.: 172 11 191, VAT ID: CZ17211191, with its registered office at Na hutích 661/9, Bubeneč, 160 00 Prague 6 (hereinafter “Deguapp”) and third parties (users) when registering and creating a user profile through the websites www.deguapp.cz or www.deguapp.com (hereinafter the “Website”).

2. Rules for Creating a User Profile

Only users over 18 years of age may register and create a user profile on the Website.

All data provided by the user is voluntary, and the user undertakes to provide truthful information. Deguapp does not verify the authenticity of the data provided by the user for the purpose of registration and creation of a user profile.

The user is entitled to cancel their user profile at any time or freely change entered data or settings.

3. Personal Data Protection

Deguapp processes personal data provided by the user in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Final Provisions

If any provision of the Terms and Conditions proves to be invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions that are severable from such invalid or ineffective provision.

Deguapp reserves the right to amend the wording of the Terms and Conditions at any time.

All provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the contractual relationship between Deguapp and the user are governed by Czech law.

All disputes arising from registration and creation of a user profile through Deguapp shall be resolved by the general courts of the Czech Republic, unless resolved out of court.

These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective as of the date of their publication on the Website.
